Zulu King Misuzulu KaZwelithini is reportedly ill, and his condition is serious
Misuzulu ka Zwelithini was crowned as Zulu king in a traditional ceremony in August 2022 at KwaKhangelamankengane Palace.
The 48-year-old is the son of the previous king’s condition was confirmed by Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi in a press briefing.
Buthelezi attributed his illness to the continuous coverage of the King’s private life on social media.
“The King is not well, you need to pray very hard for him. He is not well he needs treatment. We spoke to the Minister of Police to intervene as there are some unsettling things pn social media about the King’s wife and some young people that are staying with him.
“They took him at night, as we are speaking now he is going to a house in Durban, where he has been now for two months.” said Buthelezi
