The TV personality shared lovely photos of herself with her daughter, Skye and captioned it with a sweet note.
Nketsi got married in 2022 in a private ceremony but later gave out details in her reality TV show.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday morning, the star announced her birthday, and celebrated motherhood.
