On Tuesday, March 28, Mzansi DJ and entrepreneur Ntombezinhle Jiyane, better known by her stage name DJ Zinhle, gushed about her daughter’s bond with her late “baby daddy’s” girlfriend Nadia Nakai in a remark on an Instagram photo.
On February 10, Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, also known as AKA, DJ Zinhle’s “baby daddy,” was fatally shot outside the Wish eatery on Florida Road in Durban. Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, another of his friends, also perished at the same moment.
At the time of his passing, musician AKA was courting Nadia Nakai. Kairo Forbes, AKA’s 7-year-old daughter, is her only child. DJ Zinhle is enjoying the valuable time that Nadia and Kairo have been spending together recently.
Nadia shared a post with AKA’s father Tony Forbes, who she called “PapaMega” and DJ Zinhle commented “co-mama” on the post.
“Bragga and PapaMega. .Thank you @rockets.life,” she captioned the post.
Earlier this month Nadia shared photos of her day out with AKA and DJ Zinhle’s daughter Kairo. The pair seemed to have spent the day out at what looks like a farm.
Nadia also shared a video of her and Kairo with AKA’s song Dangerous playing which features herself and Blxckie in the background. The lyrics spoke off Kairo being “the one” but AKA wanting to extend his family by having a son with Nadia.
“Kairo is the one, but I need someone to extend my legacy a son wit’ you the icing on the cake,” he rapped on Dangerous.
The sweetest one yet is another video of the pair, where the rapper she says “I love you baby” to the seven-year-old.
“I love you too,” replied Kairo.
“Waking up to her is everything,” wrote the rapper on the video.
