In a clip circulated on Twitter, the veteran radio and TV presenter said the decision was brought on by his spiritual journey.
He has been explaining his look for a while since trolls have been having a go at him.
“It’s a spiritual journey and decision. A decision that’s inspired by the spiritual journey that I have been going through. I probably will at some point, but I’m not ready to now. I think I feel really comfortable with the way I look. I think I really look great and I think I’m in my natural habitat when I look like this, when I don’t shave my hair and my beard,” he said.
