Checkout Andile Mpisane new R4 million car

Royal AM chairperson and singer, Andile Mpisane has finally shown off the fruits of his labour – a modified Nissan GT-R Nismo, valued at almost R4 million!

The car – which he nicknamed “Godzilla” – even has its own social media platforms!

In his latest Instagram post, Andile Mpisane shared a look at Godzilla’s grand reveal.

The car has a gun metal metallic finish with a black and brown leather interior. In the video, the car is seen with several high-end modifications, installed by custom creators APR Performance.

Earlier this week, Andile Mpisane shared black and white images of the luxury car. He captioned it; “Godzilla is a project I have been working on for the past few months”.

In November 2022, Andile Mpisane shared news of purchasing the Nismo, which he claimed was “just for summer”.

In a clip, the Royal AM chairman was seen stepping out of the Katsura Orange car – was pictured outside his family’s sprawling mansion.

And proving that it was just another toy in his vast collection, he shared in the caption: “Just for summer.”

The car joins two others in a similar colour shade in his garage – a R2.1 million BMW i8 and a chrome-finished McLaren GT valued at over R4 million.

In 2021, Andile bragged that he was the only owner of a gold McLaren in South Africa.

Check the specs below:

A fanatically tuned 600-horsepower engine

Powered by the thrust of high-capacity turbos developed from our GT3 racing program, the GT-R NISMO’s engine is the purest expression of passion, performance, and technology.

Immediate response across the rpm range

Racing improves the breed. Developments from the GT3 racing program include reshaped turbo vanes for quicker spool-up and enhanced response, as well as a more aggressive delivery of power across the rpm range. An upgraded fuel pump helps provide improved combustion.

Unmatched agility and grip

The GT-R NISMO sets the bar against how all other supercars are judged. Carbon-fiber body panels reduce overall weight and create additional downforce. The Bilstein® DampTronic® suspension is combined with a NISMO-tuned hollow stabilizer bar to increase the amount of cornering grip, while still providing a civil ride.

Nissan/Brembo® Carbon Ceramic Braking System

Increasing friction — the heart of braking — requires an incredibly hard compound. A lesson learned from racing, carbon ceramic is strong, exceptionally light, and heat resistant. Making the most of this competition technology, GT-R NISMO employs larger rotors and pads, plus an especially rigid caliper, wearing special paint that will not change color, even at temperatures over 1,800 degrees. The lighter weight of the braking system also reduces unsprung weight, enhancing handling and steering response.
