HOUSE music producer and DJ Lulo Cafe, whose real name is Sikhululo Maliwa, has written a heartbreaking message to his late friend, Palesa.
The Metro FM radio DJ said he was hurt by her passing, but he will always be grateful that she would always be there for him.
On Tuesday, 20 December, Lulo Cafe said he still couldn’t believe she was gone.
He wrote: “This is heavy, my love, really heavy. I am totally out of words. All my important days you made sure you were there regardless of which part of the country.”
The musician said Palesa would do anything to support him at his gigs.
“Whatever mood I was in, you were there. Just your happy self. Empty events, you were there,” he said.
Lulo Cafe also thanked his best friend for everything she ever did for him.
“Thank you for it all. I love you, buddy,” he said.
The musician said he wanted to celebrate her life despite her being away.
“I shall never forget you,” he said.
The musician received a lot of messages of condolences from his industry friends and colleagues.
“Sincere and heartfelt condolences. This is truly tragic,” Musa Shange commented.
“Palesa loved you so much. She really treasured your friendship,” Vusi said.
Paballo wrote: “May her soul rest in peace bandla! I know irelationship yenu, phephisa Lulo.”
“Aaaahhh man. What a soul. What a human being,” Zolani Phakade said.
