Health Concerns Amidst Legal Struggles
Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s journey since her arrest has been fraught with challenges. Following the rejection of her bail application last October, she endured a collapse within the confines of Parkroad Police Station.
Subsequently, she was transferred to holding cells at Bloemfontein Magistrates Court.
Expressing grave concern, Motloung highlighted Dr Magudumana’s deteriorating health, noting her distress and the inhumane treatment she endures.
He refrained from disclosing further details to prevent exacerbating her plight, underlining that such treatment stemmed solely from her status as Dr Nandipha Magudumana.
“She is not well, she is literally on the floor. I don’t even want to divulge any information that might further humiliate her…She is being treated in the most inhumane manner just because she is Dr. Nandipha Magudumana,”
