The Zulu Man with Some Power performer is putting more of an emphasis on enhancing his physical health and wellbeing, which is a new phase in his personal development.
After the birth of his first child, Nasty C—real name: Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo—became overweight.
As he flaunted his weight gain in photos posted on his Instagram account, supporters became animated.

The Zulu Man with Some Power artist is focusing on improving his physical health and well-being, signaling a fresh chapter in his personal transformation.

The rapper has decided to take his health and body size serious by eating healthy.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a photo of his meal – youghurt, strawberry, oat and nut.
“When ever people post their “getting in shape” journey, it seems to help them follow through.. so.. fingers crossed it works for me too,” he captioned post.
Cassper Nyovest, who is a friend to Nasty C revealed in the comment that he’s also kicked off a weight loss journey.
“Hahaha let’s go champ !!! Just a tip, either shaya the fruit or the muesli. Both are high in carbs and sugar. If you have the muesli, shaya half the bowl. Healthy is not always weight control. Mara we inside !!’ I’m also on my journey to get in shape. I need to be on fire this summer. I want ALL THE CAKE!!!” Nyovest wrote.
