Kim says her son is one of her biggest blessings and she is grateful fo his existence.
“Happy birthday to my beautiful son, watching you grow into a handsome, loving and strong young man has been one of my biggest blessings, you make me see things differently and for that I’m forever grateful,” she wrote.
