WATCH Lasizwe apologises after her post cf “if sisi Bhuti was a person”- but Mzansi ain’t having none of it
Social media personality Lasizwe recently posted a picture of himself with makeup and weave and captioned it #IfSisBhuti was a person. Tweeps were not happy about this as it seemed as if the Youtuber was taking a jab at the gay community. Tweeps dragged her for this and she deleted the post.
In an attempt to salvage herself, the blogger posted an apology but still, tweeps were having non of it. See her apology below:

That were meant to harm us or destroy us or even bring back past traumas can be used by us to reflect back on what we survived. I am not saying the post was right but I’m saying it’s not wrong either.

okay but why are straight men and women saying “it’s not that deep” “the world is sensitive” when this apology video isn’t even meant for them so OBVIOUSLY they can’t relate to it and they’ll try undermine the situation. girl, please ✋?

LaSizwe has been saying Biphobic, transpobic and other derogatory terms for weeks and months on end, mara today he wants to apologize to “some people” for “joking as usual” because “his mentors”…??????

You can’t tell gay people to get over our pain, just like white people can’t tell us black people to get over racism
