Pitso Mosimane and his Al Ahly side have already secured their ticket to the CAF Champions League final after breaking records after beating Wydad Casablanca 5-1 over 2 legs in the semi final.
Pitso Mosimane and his Al Ahly side were looking forward to finding out who they will face in the final between Zamalek and Raja Casablanca as they were expected to play the second leg of their semi final tie on Sunday.
However unfortunately for Pitso Mosimane and Al Ahly, the bad news is that they will have to wait a bit longer to find out their opponent for the final, due to the match between Zamalek and Raja Casablanca getting postponed by CAF.
The postponement of the Zamalek and Raja Casablanca semi final second leg match will also mean that the date for the final will also be moved to a later date.
“At the request of Egyptian authorities, the final is now postponed. Official discussions are underway to find a new and suitable date.” – According to an official statement from CAF.
