Two injured in collision with cow

KwaZulu-Natal: At 18H53 Tuesday evening, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the R56 between Richmond and Pietermaritzburg.

Reports indicate that a bakkie had hit a cow, knocking the animal down an embankment.

The two occupants from the bakkie had sustained minor injuries and declined ambulance transportation to hospital.

The cow was assessed by medics on the scene however showed no signs of life.
