Businesswoman and Royal AM owner Shawn ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize has been linked to the shocking assassination attempt on SARS Advocate Coreth Naudé in Umhlanga, Durban.
The attempted assassination, which left Advocate Naudé critically injured, has prompted widespread condemnation from SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter, who unequivocally viewed it as an act aimed at intimidating court officers.
“This shocking act is intended to intimidate officers of the court to abandon the vital work they’re performing in furtherance of our country’s legal system. It undermines the authority of the state,” Kieswetter said.
The assailants, who remain unidentified, reportedly ambushed Advocate Naudé at a boom gate before making a swift escape in a presumably cloned-plate grey or silver Toyota Corolla.

I hope that she sues because you have no evidence that she is connected to this.
Character assassination is very bad.

You are not far from being dragged to court , stop playing court and a cheap politician .
These are serious allegations accusing someone of attemped murder, of a state official without admissible evidence🤞
@Zweli_1985
Kwena unfortunately without evidence it’s extremely dangerous to utter such words even though we all can see the writing on the wall. Unless of course you have 500k lying around incase you catch a case
NB: The lawyer was not investigating Shawn Mkhize only.
Advocate Naudé’s involvement in the tax inquiry related to Shauwn Mkhize, widely known as ‘Mamkhize,’ has further amplified the intricacies of this shocking incident.
The ongoing controversy surrounding Mamkhize’s business dealings and the tax inquiry adds layers of complexity to the already troubling circumstances.
Mkhize, popularly known as MaMkhize, is facing the potential loss of her fleet of luxury cars due to unpaid taxes totaling R37 million.
City Press reported that the South African Revenue Service (Sars) has filed a court application to seize 13 high-end vehicles owned by Shandi Trust and Royal AM football club, entities in which she holds a majority stake.
Meanwhile, KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Robert Netshiunda confirmed that a case of attempted murder has been opened in response to the attack on Advocate Naudé.
