Final Court Ruling: Government cannot force COVID-19 patients into quarantine

The case was brought by rights group AfriForum, against Cooperative Governance Minister, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma. It’s another defeat for lockdown regulations set out by the National Coronavirus Command Council.
